Terms of Service

These rules and policies create the contractual agreement between you and Hahalolo. Please read it carefully. To confirm that you understand and agree to the agreement, please click “I agree to Hahalolo’s terms and policies of installment tours” before making payment for tour booking.

I. GENERAL RULES

Special Vietnam tour trade allows users to choose between one-time payment and interest-free installment payment according to Hahalolo regulations with the specific content as follows:

1. Subjects of application: Users who are individuals, organizations, or a group of people on Hahalolo System wish to book a special Vietnam Tour with different ways of payment (hereinafter referred to as Customers).

2. Scope of application: Apply to available Tours in Vietnam, which are specially designated on Hahalolo System.

3. Application period: Hahalolo allows Customers to book special Vietnam Tours with different ways of payment starting from 10/09/ 2021 to 31/12/2022.

4. Ways of payment: Customers have the right to choose between the following two ways of payment: one-time payment and interest-free installment payment.

5. Installment tenor: For installment payment, Customers are allowed to choose the installment tenor, including 03 months, 06 months, 09 months, and a maximum of 12 months without interest.

6. Payment: Payment is made via a bank account designated by Hahalolo on the system. The exchange rate is applied at the time when Customers book a tour, and fixed during the installment period.

7. Payment deadline: The monthly period that Customers have to make a payment according to Hahalolo regulations.

8. Total order value: The original total value of a tour that Customers book and have to pay.

9. Force majeure: In case an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of us, including disaster, epidemic, flood, fire, war or war threat, terrorism or terrorism threat, earthquake, etc. leading to the inability to carry on the supply of the Tour that Customers have ordered and even Hahalolo strived its best to overcome and make it work, Hahalolo shall refund the total amount of money that Customers previously paid. By this means, the service is terminated and Hahalolo must not compensate Customers for any losses.

10. Wire transfer fee: The fee is charged in the event that Customers get a refund of the total paid amount according to regulations of this Procedure. Customers are responsible for this fee.

II. TOUR BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS

1. General Conditions

Time must not exceed 18 months from the moment customers book the tour to its departure date.

2. For one-time payment

Customers are allowed to book tours and pay 100% of the total order value once before 93 days of the departure date(greater than or equal to 93 days).

3.  For interest-free installment payment

– Customers are required to pay at least 1% of the total order value for the first time. The minimum value may vary based on which Hahalolo policies are applied in a certain period.

– Customers are allowed to book tours before 186 days (greater than or equal to 186 days) compared to the tour departure date and complete 100% payment of the total order value before 93 days from the tour departure date.

4. Payment notifications

– Customers will receive notifications of payment requests from Hahalolo System before the payment terms, as follows:

+ 1st time: Notification is sent prior to 07 days compared to Payment Deadlines.

+ 2nd time: Notification is sent prior to  24 hours or 48 hours compared to Payment Deadlines under Hahalolo regulations at different times.

III. PROMOTIONS POLICIES FOR COMPLETE PAYMENT

1. Completion payment term greater than or equal to 15 months

If Customers complete their full payment for the total order value more than 15 months before the tour departure date, they will receive the following benefits:

1.1 Customers are allowed to change their tour departure date once and this must not exceed 03 months from the original tour schedule. However, schedule changes must be informed to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

1.2 Customers are allowed to transfer, give, sell and buy, authorize, etc. to someone else in case they have notified it to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

The transference shall be based on an agreement between Customer and their transferee. Hahalolo only supports the transference according to the request of the Customer and we do not take any loss or responsibility if this change comes to any dispute. (Customers are responsible for all fees to transfer in accordance with Hahalolo policies).

In addition, the transferee is not allowed to continue transferring, giving, selling and buying, or authorizing to the third party.

1.3 Customers shall get a 10% discount on the total value of their booked order and the amount shall be deducted directly in the last payment period.

1.4 If Customers cannot take part in the tour, they have the right to cancel it and make a refund request to Hahalolo for their paid amount, also:

+ Customers shall get 3% off on the total amount they have paid.

+ Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the tour within 45 days from the tour departure date.

+ Customers who book the tour must notify Hahalolo about tour cancelation prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

2. Completion payment term from 12 months to less than 15 months

If Customers complete their full payment for the total order value within the period from 12 months to less than 15 months before the tour departure date, they will receive the following benefits:

2.1 Customers are allowed to change their tour departure date once and this must not exceed 03 months from the original tour schedule. However, schedule changes must be informed to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

2.2 Customers are allowed to transfer, give, buy and sell, or authorize someone else in case they have notified it to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

The transference shall be based on an agreement between Customer and their transferee. Hahalolo only supports the transference according to the request of the Customer and we do not take any loss or responsibility if this change comes to any dispute.(Customers are responsible for all fees to transfer in accordance with Hahalolo policies).

In addition, the transferee is not allowed to continue transferring, giving, selling and buying, or authorizing to the third party.

2.3 Customers shall get a 5% discount on the total value of their booked order and the amount shall be deducted directly in the last payment period.

2.4 If Customers cannot take part in the tour, they have the right to cancel it and make a refund request to Hahalolo for their paid amount, also:

+ Customers shall get 1.5% off on the total amount they have paid.

+ Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the tour within 45 days from the tour departure date.

+ Customers who book the tour must notify Hahalolo about tour cancelation prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

3. Completion payment term from 9 months to less than 12 months

If Customers complete their full payment for the total order value within the period from 9 months to less than 12 months before the tour departure date, they will receive the following benefits:

3.1 Customers are allowed to change their tour departure date once and this must not exceed 03 months from the original tour schedule. However, schedule changes must be informed to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

3.2 Customers are allowed to transfer, give, buy and sell, or authorize someone else in case they have notified it to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

The transference shall be based on an agreement between Customer and their transferee. Hahalolo only supports the transference according to the request of the Customer and we do not take any loss or responsibility if this change comes to any dispute. (Customers are responsible for all fees to transfer in accordance with Hahalolo policies).

In addition, the transferee is not allowed to continue transferring, giving, selling and buying, or authorizing to the third party.

3.3 Customers shall get a 2.5% discount on the total value of their booked order and the amount shall be deducted directly in the last payment period.

3.4 If Customers cannot take part in the tour, they have the right to cancel it and make a refund request to Hahalolo for their paid amount, also:

+ Customers shall get 1% off on the total amount they have paid.

+ Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the tour within 45 days from the tour departure date.

+ Customers who book the tour must notify Hahalolo about tour cancelation prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

4. Completion payment term from 6 months to less than 9 months:

If Customers complete their full payment for the total order value within the period from 6 months to less than 9 months before the tour departure date, they will receive the following benefits:

4.1 Customers are allowed to change their tour departure date once and this must not exceed 03 months from the original tour schedule. However, schedule changes must be informed to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

4.2. Customers are allowed to transfer, give, buy and sell, or authorize someone else in case they have notified it to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

The transference shall be based on an agreement between Customer and their transferee. Hahalolo only supports the transference according to the request of the Customer and we do not take any loss or responsibility if this change comes to any dispute. (Customers are responsible for all fees to transfer in accordance with Hahalolo policies).

In addition, the transferee is not allowed to continue transferring, giving, selling and buying, or authorizing to the third party.

4.3. If Customers cannot take part in the tour, they have the right to cancel it and make a refund request to Hahalolo for their paid amount, also:

+ Customers shall get 0.5% off on the total amount they have paid.

+ Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the tour within 45 days from the tour departure date.

+ Customers who book the tour must notify Hahalolo about tour cancelation prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

5. Completion payment term from 3 months to less than 6 months

If Customers complete their full payment for the total order value within the period from 3 months to less than 6 months before the tour departure date, they will receive the following benefits:

5.1 Customers are allowed to change their tour departure date once and this must not exceed 03 months from the original tour schedule. However, schedule changes must be informed to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

5.2 Customers are allowed to transfer, give, buy and sell, or authorize someone else in case they have notified it to Hahalolo prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

The transference shall be based on an agreement between Customer and their transferee. Hahalolo only supports the transference according to the request of the Customer and we do not take any loss or responsibility if this change comes to any dispute. (Customers are responsible for all fees to transfer in accordance with Hahalolo policies).

In addition, the transferee is not allowed to continue transferring, giving, selling and buying, or authorizing to the third party.

5.3 If Customers cannot take part in the tour, they have the right to cancel it and make a refund request to Hahalolo for their paid amount, also:

+  Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the tour within 45 days from the tour departure date.

+  Customers who book the tour must notify Hahalolo about tour cancelation prior to 93 days from the tour departure date.

IV.  APPLICABLE POLICIES FOR INCOMPLETE PAYMENT

In the event that customers have not completed their full payment for the total order value, they are not allowed to change their tour departure date, transfer, give, sell and buy or authorize someone else. In addition, some of policies are applicable to Customers as below:

1. Payment extension policies

– Customers who have not completed their full payment for the total order value are allowed to extend their payment deadline to 10 days if they send a notice to Hahalolo or Hahalolo sends them a renewal notice.

– In case the extended time is over but Customers still do not complete their payment, the tour booked is automatically canceled and Customers will not get a refund for their paid amount.

2. Tour cancelation policies

– Customers who have not completed their full payment for the total order value are allowed to make a request for tour cancelation if they notify Hahalolo prior to monthly payment deadlines or before the tour is automatically canceled in accordance with the regulations at Clause IV.1 of this Procedure as follows:

2.1 If Customers completed their payment from 50% to less than 100% of the total order value, Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the Tour within 45 days from the tour departure date. However, they will be charged a corresponding fine of 10% of the paid amount.

2.2. If Customers completed their payment from 10% to less than 50% of the total order value, Customers shall get a refund of their paid amount into the bank account of the person who booked the Tour within 45 days from the tour departure date. However, they will be charged a corresponding fine of 20% of the paid amount.

2.3 If Customers completed their payment less than 10% of the total order value, Customers will be charged a corresponding fine of 100% of the paid amount (Customers will not receive a refund of their paid amount).

2.4 If Customers completed their payment for their order less than 30$, Hahalolo has the right not to refund money according to Clause IV.2.1 and Clause IV.2.2 to Customers.
